This is a 6 bedroom, beautifully furnished Scandinavian style bungalow in Panchgani. Its valley facing location offers breathtaking views of nature.
The bungalow was built in Panchgani in 2005 with an intention to move there for good. A lot of thought and effort was put in for the construction by us, our friends and family members. However, for one reason or another, conditions did not permit us to move out of Pune. Hence the bungalow continued to be used by family and friends as a holiday destination. In between, it was rented out to Voltas for almost three years as their senior management’s Holiday home.
The bungalow is situated on a land of 12600 sq. ft, facing the valley. In the monsoons, you can see an unobstructed view of the Bhilar waterfalls along with other smaller ones in the vicinity.
The atmosphere here is extremely cozy and homely. Its well-appointed interiors, modern amenities with an electronic surveillance system, inclusive of CCTV coverage for the exteriors make it an ideal place to have an enjoyable, fantastic and a safe getaway amidst nature.
Features like the valley facing gazebo, a cozy fireplace in the living room and lush garden surrounding make it a perfect holiday destination for you and your family.
There are 6 bedrooms, kitchen + dining, living room, and a glass-enclosed gazebo, all overlooking the valley and overseeing the Bhilar waterfalls and Mahu dam. The dining room connects to the gazebo by a bridge and can also be accessed from the garden. The bungalow should give you a feel of your own home in Panchgani. It has most of the facilities that a modern home should have, including LCD TV in each bedroom and the living room with Tatasky connection, a fully equipped kitchen, cozy fireplace in the living room, well-appointed toilets and a CCTV system. The bungalow is fully furnished with a well-maintained garden and a large cover of lawn. The atmosphere in this place is warm, cozy and rustic.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
