The period you asked me is available. The house is about 40 mts square, renovated between December 2015 – JanuaryThere are:
• 1st bedroom with a double bed, air conditioned, lockable door for maximum privacy, Tv Led, heating, in case of a booking for 5 people we can add a single bed.
• 2nd bedroom with a double bed, air conditioned, lockable door for maximum privacy, Tv Led, heating, kitchen corner with stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, Italian coffee machine (moka); these room has the function of living / dining room with sofa, table and chairs.
• 1 bathroom with Wc, bidet, washbasin, shower, hairdryer, washing machine, iron, ironing board, etc.

Transports In Marconi Area
Viale Marconi is reached by the Metro B line.
Marconi metro station is in the final stretch of the avenue near the junction with Via Cristoforo Colombo far enough away from the area where are concentrated most of the shops is that between the square of the Radio and Marconi bridge.
So perhaps it is more convenient from Termini take bus 170 and get off at Piazza della Radio, or alternatively if you want to avoid traffic on weekdays, you can still take the subway and then come back with the same 170 for a few stops down immediately after crossing the Marconi bridge.
Transports And How To Arrive At Casa Blaserna

You can arrive

Trastevere Train Station (departures/arrivals) from/to Fiumicino Airport Leonardo Da Vinci; there's also shuttle bus for Ciampino airport (low cost flights). Termini main train station is far about 10/15 min. by bus – metro – train.
 Line (fm1) from Fiumicino Airport, also known as Regional Train, which stops in some of the main stations in Rome (tiburtina, Tuscolana, Ostiense, Trastevere) with frequency of every 15 minutes on weekdays and public holidays every 30 minutes. Get off the train at Trastevere Station and walk for aboutmts., or get bus line (terminal bus line 766 or at stop line 170 and get off at stop Marconi/meucci) ;
 Line Express from/to Rome Termini – Fiumicino Airport (Leonardo Express), departing from/to Termini Station takes about 30 minutes non-stop intermediate; at Termini station get in bus line 170 (terminal at platform H or I) and get off at the stop « Marconi/meucci ».

• Subway line B “marconi” or “san Paolo Basilica”;
• Subway Beach line “san Paolo Basilica” for Ostia beach (directly seaside get out at terminal Cristoforo Colombo or Ostia Antica for Roman Forum).
• Taxi (each taxi can take 4 people; the price is established by the law and it’s 48 €. From/to Fiumicino Airport and 30 €. from/to Ciampino Airport;
• Private Taxi from/to the Airport at the same price of a public taxi. You can choose this taxi if you are more of 4 people so with a Shuttle you arrive all together and easily because the driver will wait for you inside the airport (after customs doors) with a panel with your name. Go with him he takes you home without problems !!!
• Bus Shuttle: Daily connection with public transport between the airport and the railway station Roma Termini is carried out by bus companies Atral, Cotral, Sit and Terravision, parked in the appropriate places in front stalls “aerostazione” International Departures.

• By Car Go always city centre. Parking: In all streets of Marconi area, public parking along the streets is free. Anyway there is a private and guarded parking at 100 mts from the house in the same street (via Pietro Blaserna) at number 49. (price 10€ / 24h)
