Small apartment of 40 square meters on the top floor of the Residence Eurotel with furnished terrace and a beautiful sea view on the Gulf of Tigullio.
The studio is furnished and equipped; It comprises entrance hall, kitchen, dining area, living area (sofa bed, armchair and Tv), bedroom area with a bridge wardrobe and a large bathroom.
The studio is 300 meters from the sea and has a reserved parking.
Apartment is in a residential complex with swimming pool, communal gardens and communal spaces (relaxation room with sea views and Tv room).
The studio is a short walk from the center of Rapallo and from the seaside. Supermarkets and more shops open even on Saturday and Sunday, all within walking distance (300 meters from the residence).
Everything is at hand: both internal services at the Residence, both in the commercial Rapallo. The swimming pool and communal garden are ideal for summer relaxation.
A Rapallo and surrounding area there are many restaurants and trattorias to taste the Ligurian cuisine and local products.
Rapallo offers efficient public and private transport services, has a railway station (400 meters from the residence) with a number of local trains that allow, at any hour of the day, moving to nearby resorts such as Santa Margherita, Camogli, the 5 lands, etc.
Excursions by boat to nearby resorts. Among the places of interest to visit are recommended Portofino, Camogli and San Fruttuoso and Cinque Terre.
I am available from 8.30 toand fromtoMonday to Friday. Also my wife and we are almost always present in Residence at weekends.
In case of need you can also have an on-site support through the Director of the Residence.
The general rules are those of a sociable condo.
Electricity is according to consumption and is equal to 0.30 Euro per Kwatt / Hr. The cost will be paid at the end of the stay according to consumption.
Internet is available via a Wifi router. The price paid for the apartment and includes 500 Mega Bite Internet daily, and are sufficient for surfing, chatting and checking email, etc.
Internet use is not recommended for audio and video streaming, because if you exceed the 500 Mega Bite data traffic per day, you will be charged € 0.50 for every 100 Mega Bite of data traffic consumed over 500 Mega Bite made available free of charge.
In Rapallo from April 1st to October 31st the payment of the tourist tax of 1.50 € per person per day is required (tourists under 15 are exempt).
The cost of electricity consumed, the amount due for the tourist tax and any extra cost for the Internet, will be deducted from the security deposit at the time of Check-out.
Smoking is allowed only on the terrace, outside the apartment.
