The kitchen offers modern appliances, including double fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, while the cosy lounge is tastefully decorated in a contemporary style with glossy wooden flooring and a wood-burning fireplace and air conditioning. The lounge flows out onto the terrace through floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors and offers unrivaled views.
Crisp, white linen and simple, clean lines reflect the beach-house feel in the apartment’s two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, ample cupboard space and a cosy en-suite bathroom with shower, while the second bedroom has twin beds, which can be converted into a king and a neat en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over the bath. The apartment offers on-street parking on a first-come, first-serve basis, and is an ideal base from which to explore Cape Town.

Guest Access:
Modoco is located in the same apartment block as Primi Sea Castle. The entrance is located on Strathmore Lane. You will see five parking bays which are available on a first come, first serve basis. If no bays are available, please park on Berkley Road, which is about 20 meters beyond the entrance.
The apartment has an electronic lock to allow for easy access.
The Neighborhood:
Situated along Beach Road with an entrance on Strathmore Lane, the apartment is in the heart of Camps Bay, steps from the palm-lined beach. There are numerous laid-back cafes, bars, and eateries nearby, plus easy access to the city’s top attractions.
Other Things to Note:
There is currently construction taking place near the apartment. Noise levels vary depending on what the contractors are busy with at the time.
