It has a small balcony overlooking the lively Klungegården Harbour. A steep staircase leads to the top floor. The living room, a small kitchen and dining area are on the ground floor. The home has a small bathroom with toilet and hand shower. Low ceiling! Beautiful hiking and cycling trails through forests and along the coast lead to Kivik in the north or to Skillinge in the south. Vik has beautiful golf courses. Do visit the Stenshuvud National Park, the medieval Glimmingehus or Kåseberge Ales Stenar. During summer, a visit to the outdoor Tobisvik Lake 8 km away from this home is recommended.
