The cosy sitting room has a lot of light and is the home’s central communal space. It comes with a large sofa, plenty of cushions and blankets, an armchair and a large TV. It’s an ideal place to unwind after a day of exploring ancient Oxford, working, studying or even some retail therapy. The dining room table is located next to the living room area and next to the home’s kitchen. It’ll fit you and all your guests. The kitchen is equipped with everything you’d need and ready for you to use it. The large 4 bedrooms with extremely comfortable mattresses offer the ideal place for a good night’s sleep. One bedroom comes with a king size bed, two feature double beds, and one comes with a bunk bed. There is also a sofa bed sleeping two additional guests. The 2 bathrooms are sizable, clean and neat and come with a big shower and a bathtub. One of the bathrooms comes en suite for guests’ added privacy and there is also a toilet room. The home also offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there. The garage is located next top the front door and it can fit only small cars. It’s important to note that the garage door must be locked at all times.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with a key box, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

Given the location of the home, most of Oxford's centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. You’ll also be able to hail a taxi or use Uber to get around.
The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
