You will be delighted to see the exciting dunes. The beach is within a walking distance. You can enjoy swimming here, both in the morning and evening. There are coniferous trees and plenty of Erica. You can just relax by watching the little squirrels and other animals which often visit the garden. The amusement park Summerland Zealand is just 15 minutes drive from the house. North Zealand offers everything from a contrasting landscape to wide ranging activities for the entire family. You can visit the art museum, play golf or tennis or go fishing on the coast. You can also go for a walk or cycle around and experience the untouched, beautiful nature. Odsherred is one of the best holiday areas of Denmark and is known for its magnificent varied nature, especially the hilly Klintebakken. Klintebakken is about 15 minutes walk from the house and is located along the coast. Odsherred is a geological wonder and is as beautiful as a geo park. Along the grave hill street, you can find graves and tombs that date back to the Stone Age and Bronze Age. There are remains of the historical forest village of Ulkerup and the Hempel Glass Museum in this region which are 300 years old. A replica of the sun chariot found in the moors of Trundholm moses is available in Odsherred Museum. You can also take a look at the Lommesten rocks as well as the castle of Naesholm Borg located on a small island in lake Nygård Sø and situated between Hojby and Nykobing. In Odsherred you can also find a nature school where you can learn to catch sea trout, go on butterfly safaris, take expeditions through forest and explore the forest with troll and fox trips. Children can have fun and enjoy exciting moments in the Odsherred Fire Museum. Visit the Sjaelland Adventure Land located nearby, the galleries typical of Odsherred and the Dragsholm Palace built in the 13th century.
