Sea Haven is a fully furnished double storey home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen, dining room with fire place, lounge and a covered patio with a built in braai.
2 bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, and the main bedroom features an en-suite bathroom. 2 of the Bedrooms have sea-facing balconies whilst the 3rd bedroom has 2 single bunk beds with a garden view. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook meals, crockery, cutlery and glassware, a coffee machine, as well as a Dishwasher and large Fridge. Cleaning materials such as dishwashing liquid and dishcloths are provided. A starter pack of Tea, Coffee, Sugar and Milk are provided on arrival. The open plan lounge has a Tv with a limited Dstv Package. The dining area has a fire place and 6 seater dining table, and leads out to a covered patio with a built-in Bbq. Outdoor furniture is also provided.
All Linen, Towels, shampoo, shower gel and body lotion are provided.

The House is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and the beach is within walking distance. The surrounding area can be explored on foot or bicycle and is very safe for children. Shelley Point Golf Course is within 2 kilometers, Various Restaurants and shops are within a 10 minute drive from the house.
