We have renovated our "enrica" penthouse to make it even more welcoming and functional to the needs of groups of friends or a family unit (from 4 to maximum 8 people). Located on the second and last floor (without elevator) of a small building surrounded by greenery, a few hundred meters from Piazza del Comune (700 meters) and the main services, shops and shopping centers of the city, is the ideal solution for those who want a relaxing holiday, without giving up comfort. The sea, indeed Il Mare, is only 2 km away, reachable by bike (possibility to rent it from us) or with shuttle service!
The Enrica penthouse consists of:
a large living room with dining area, fireplace and Tv, a sofa bed (single or two-seater) and access to the splendid terrace of about 60 sqm overlooking the communal garden with tall trees that surround the terrace;
large kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, fridge / freezer;
two double bedrooms furnished in a simple and functional way; a bathroom with a shower.
Cats and dogs are welcome, if used to living in the apartment and their carers are attentive to their management.
There is ample opportunity to park on a private side road and, on request and subject to availability, only one indoor carport is available.
Common garden usable by guests.
Supermarket, para-pharmacy, bar, pub, pizzeria and a good restaurant within 200 meters from the apartment.
