Just 2 min from OHKUBO station by walk, but you can also walk to SHINJUKU station. It is over 862ft²/86㎡ in size with large balcony (nice SHINJUKU view) which can accommodate up to 9 guests. SHINJUKU is a hub station to any other famous spots in Tokyo, such as SHIBUYA, HARAJUKU, GINZA, TSUKIJI, ASAKUSA, AKIHABARA, UENO, ROPPONGI, IKEBUKURO, and eta.

You can walk to must-to-visit spots in SHINJUKU such as,
- KABUKICHO (biggest night spots in Japan with many restaurants, cafes, bars&pubs, shops, and entertainment spots.)
- Department stores (ISETAN, TAKASHIMAYA, NEWOMAN, LUMINE, MARUI, TOKYU HANDS, and eta)
- BICRO (Complex shopping mall of BIC CAMERA (big electric retail store) and UNIQLO (big casual apparel store)

This flat is good place to start your exploration of SHINJUKU area.

The closest station is OHKUBO station (JR SOBU line) and it is only few minutes by walk. (OHKUBO station is 1stop away from SHINJUKU station (2 minutes ride) .)

You can walk from/to main SHINJUKU station, too. It will take you about 10-12 minutes by walk and 5 minutes by taxi (JPY720-730).

Although direction from OHKUO station or SHINJUKU station is easy and straightforward, I also prepare for direction manual for you. You won't get lost for sure with this information.

The flat is fully renovated with luxury interior, furniture, and comfortable beddings. Size is over 862ft²/80㎡ and quite large in Japanese standard.

I would like to highlight that there is large balcony (over 220ft² / 20㎡ (besides room size of 862ft²/80㎡)), where you can enjoy nice SHINJUKU view (daytime and night time). Since my flat is on the top floor of the apartment and I am sure that you will love nice SHINJUKU view (skyscrapers) from balcony. I prepare for outdoor table sets. I love to sit and relax at the balcony in spring and autumn season for a couple of coffee/tea/or some alcohol.

You can find convenience stores and super-market nearby and they prepare for fresh groceries, fruits, and any other stuff for living. You don't need to worry about night snack!

I mostly care for room cleanness and professional cleaning has been done before your check-in in order to make any guest feel comfortable and cozy.
