The Villa
Sunset Heights Villa features a multi level layout offering minimalist interiors equipped with conformable furnishings. As a standalone villa in the tropical surroundings Sunset Heights Villa offers amazing ocean views that is unmatched. The villa is equipped with roof to floor windows and sliding doors to ensure maximum daylight penetration as well as views from the main villa.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom is tastefully furnished with a contemporary and minimalist feel. It features a king size bed with sliding door access to the terrace. The en-suite bathroom has a separate walk-in rain shower and an oversized bathtub. Detached villa bedrooms 2&3 come with queen size beds, private teak decks and en-suite bathrooms with separate walk-in showers
Living Room and Kitchen
A spacious living room and modern kitchen open directly onto a spectacular terrace with tropical surroundings and cooling sea breezes. The open plan kitchen is equipped with a full range of modern appliances including an espresso machine. All rooms and bedrooms throughout the villa have air-conditioning and ceiling fans.
Terrace
Ideal for alfresco dining, the covered terrace is a central feature of the main villa. This unique teakwood terrace extends the entire length of the villa, and overlooks the pool, sala, bedrooms 2&3, and landscaped gardens. It also includes a glass top dining table and an additional sofa seating area. The floor-to-ceiling doors in the master bedroom open onto the terrace.
Swimming Pool
Amidst the villas beautiful landscaped gardens sits an indulgent 12-meter infinity-edge pool that provides the ultimate escape to privacy. Whether it is to drink in the sun or cool off with a splash, the shaded sala with sofa and sun loungers makes the poolside ideal for ultimate relaxation at any time of the day.

Terms & Security Deposit
• Terms & Conditions apply which will be sent to guest for signature
• As a form of security (and for peace of mind) for the villa owner, the Guest Manager will request on arrival a fully refundable $500 or 15,000 THB (cash only).
• Please note that any minor damage / breakages shall be charged at the end of your stay, at replacement value. If required, damages must be paid and will be requested by the General Manager and paid in full before departure.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
