House is single storey with an inner garden patio, a swimming pool and surrounded by a covered verandah.
Designed for privacy and security, the house is also enabling wheelchair access to all rooms with wider door bays and handrails where needed.
Designed for tropical weather, roofs are ventilated and insulated to provide comfort while minimizing the need for air-conditioning. Concealed air-conditioning is installed in all rooms excepted in the kitchen. Large roof overhangs are minimizing sun penetration in rooms. All rooms have large windows on opposite wall for natural ventilation and light. All rooms and outdoor spaces are equipped with ceiling fans.
The house is furnished (including built-in type) made of teak wood while the western type kitchen is equipped (Gas stove, Electric Oven, Fridge, Washing machine, hot water boilers in all bathrooms and kitchen.
The whole house is provided with light fixtures privileging of low consumption bulb types, mostly LED. A TV and telephone outlet is installed in all rooms. Fence lighting is provided with low-consumption LED and auto photocell switch. Outdoor lighting of verandahs and inner garden is provided with low consumption LED lighting.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
