Your room has double bed and closet for your belongings. Our private rooms have unique keys, to provide full safety and privacy. The guest also have access to the shared kitchen area with living room and 2 toilets shared among 3 rooms!

Studio is located on the first floor of the building in central and historical part of the city with the private entrance. Your private measures 12sqm2 (129 sqft). With other travelers you share modern bathroom (4 rooms on 2 toilets), kitchen with shared area and dinning room in the hallway. Apartment is newly refurbished, cozy, comfortable and very bright.
During refurbishment we collaborated with local artists in order to enrich the space and provide unique experience of the city. The walls and the rooms of the guesthouse interlink and provide complete journey of the city's artistic soul.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
