The villa is private and secluded yet moments to Wadduwa Beach for a refreshing swim or a short scenic drive to Wadduwa town.
The clean,comfortable bedrooms are equipped air-condition,Free High Speed Internet(WiFi),LED TV with satellite TV channels and contains Sri Lankan teak wood furniture.The villa features a swimming pool with sun beds to lie down.The room is equipped with Mosquito Vaporizers instead of Mosquito Nets.
Wadduwa railway station is just 2 minute walk from the (website hidden) takes a hour by vehicle to travel to Colombo International Airport from our villa.
A cot & a feeding chair is available for a baby.
Local shops selling fruit, vegetables and general items are within walking distance and there are good supermarkets which is just walking distance from the villa.
Our villa features a restaurant for dinning.Guests have access to our menu to order authentic Sri Lankan cuisine or Western cuisine.We keep the menu at an affordable price.If you decide to stroll around for some local street food there is enough of that to go around the neighborhood as well.Breakfast is included in the room rate and it consists of fresh juice,fruits, eggs and toast alternated with traditional Sri Lankan food.
House Keeping
Linen and towels are provided and changed every 3 days for long term visitors.

Public transport is readily available in the form of buses, trains, taxi's and tuk-tuks which are available at the snap of a finger. The villa also provides transport on request (In their air-conditioned car or van) to and from the airport as well as for any other tours .
Walking distance to wadduwa railway station from villa;where ever you wish to travel around Sri lanka the rail way station is just walking distance from the villa and it is one of the best way to travel to many tourist destinations.
Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
