In the village of Abelheira, a small village right next to Lourinhã, the design villas have a large communal pool and a magnificent view of the sea and the surrounding countryside. The beautiful beach of Areia Branca is only 2 km away, and is ideal for children and parents to play and sunbathe. There are also numerous bars and restaurants. In the village there is a small vegetable grower, a pub and a church and to Lourinhã it is only 800 meters.
The Neighborhood:
Praia da Areia Branca is a typical bathing resort of the Portuguese. Fortunately, there are only very few hotels or holiday resorts here, but in August, there is a lot of activity on the beach, as many Portuguese from the surrounding area come for a swim. There is a lifeguard who looks after the right one and hundreds of typical beach tents that can be rented for a small fee.
Some parts of the beach are guarded by professional lifeguards in summer. Those who want to escape from this hustle and bustle only have to walk one or two bays along the beach and already they have a bay to themselves again.In Praia da Areia Branca there is a beautiful beach promenade with many small cafés and good restaurants. The place is especially suitable for families with young children, as there is a very nice and manageable nightlife and the contact to the locals is very easy. The express bus between Peniche and Lisbon stops almost every hour in this place.The district town of Lourinhã with large supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, health centre, Pharmacies, post office and bank are only 3 km away.A special highlight is the newly opened largest outdoor museum: Dinoparque Lourinhã nearby. Here you will also find the best surf spots in Europe.
For golf lovers there are several golf courses nearby, to the championship job of the Campo Real there are only 18 km, the demanding 18-hole course of Vimeiro is only 9 km away.

The prices are total prices for up to 4 people and include electricity, gas, water, bed linen and towels. Possible heating costs will be charged according to consumption. The price for the final cleaning (60€) is already included in the final price.The prices are only valid for bookings of 3 days or longer. From 13 July to 25 August the minimum booking period is 7 days. Arrival and departure is possible on any day of the week.
