Cottage Gubbio or Umbertide are a separate part of a villa of about 115 square meters each, everyone is formed by a very big living-room, a fully equipped kitchen provided also with a dishwasher, washing machine microwave etc.. and an antique lovely fireplace.
Each of those 2 units have 2 very large bedrooms: 1 situated upstair and the other on the garden floor and 2 bathrooms, one provided with shower and the other equipped with "Jacuzzi bath".
It can accommodate up to 4 adults + 3 children or adults Everybody will be staying in double or single beds with wooden staves and orthopedic mattresses (not uncomfortable sofa-beds);
We’re located on a hilltop overlooking on 2 valley below which has been grown with tobacco, cereals, olive trees and vineyards, 15 fenced acres of land, and a view of a great meadow dotted by wild flowers from the hilltop where Podere Caldaruccio “La Pineta” is situated form the precious backdrop where it lies and it is 550 metres away from a village featuring different shops and buses. The view from the property embraces the two valleys at lower levels. The premises comprise a wood where there are chairs, tables, hammocks and barbecue for meaty meals al fresco, where you can enjoy nature from the saddle, strolling paths going to breathtaking sights, green landscaped grounds and the view of Ramazzano… and the most appealing for children, deers and foxes hiding and running freely among the trees. In the premises which have belonged to the same family for about a century, a vineyard, olive & fruit trees, an orchard and biological garden and by the large chlorine-free Pool.

Another important town is Perugia that needs a 15-minute drive.
