Welcome to this enormous countryside house near Sant Joan, right in the centre of Mallorca. The house has all the equipment you might need during your holiday and has enough space up to 12 people, as it has six spacious rooms. There is the possibility to add 2 extra beds as well if you are a big group. This is a house with a lot of character, as it is all covered with Majorcan stone and it perfectly reflects the architectural style of the island. The entrance of the house takes you to a big room which has Access to the terrace. There are three rooms upstairs and three more downstairs. Each area has a full bathroom with shower. The house has WIFI, satellite TV, CD/DVD player and AC cold/hot in all rooms. There is a log fire in the kitchen and a wood stove in the sitting room. Next to the garage, you will find a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. The exterior is the most remarkable of the house. The stoned terraces occupy 500 m2 and there is a big porch with table, chairs and BBQ, where you can organize summer meals. The pool is 4 x 8 meters large and it is surrounded by an area with sun lounges, so you can relax with the good weather of the island. There are two outdoor showers and sun umbrellas as well. At the entrance of the plot there is a big porch to park up to 5 cars. In the same space, there is an exercise machine for those who want to keep fit even on holiday!The surroundings are very rural with a mix of rain-fed lands. The town centre is just 1 km from the house; there you will be able to find bakery, supermarket, grocery, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, post office, etc. If you prefer better commercial and leisure offer, you can go to Manacor which is 20 minutes by car. The nearest beaches are just 25 minutes by car. In the southeast you will find natural beaches; in the north there are the most visited but with more services. You will find in this lovely house the perfect place to spend your holiday with family and friends. Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
