This attractive, renovated and newly furnished finca enjoys a priviledged location and is secluded, yet close to the centre. It is surrounded by greenery, but shopping, restaurants and cafés are all within walking distance. Breakfast is served on the covered terrace and you can enjoy the views of the Bay of Alcudia. The attractive pool area is comfortably furnished and romantically illuminated - especially at night an absolute highlight. A ping table is available. The back of the house borders near the connecting road to Arta. To the beautiful sandy beaches it is only about 2.5 km and this area is one of the most popular for Majorca vacationers. This is also known by the nature reserve Sa Bufera, where you can take long walks and observe rare waterfowl. The last part of the trail is asphalted and bumpy. From 01.06. until 30.09. no groups with participants under 30 years.
