The space
The villa has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate a total of 6 guests. The bedrooms are set around the private swimming pool in a courtyard style with easy pool access, making the property perfect for a couple, a group of friends or an entire family. A few meters from the private pool, there is a beachfront clubhouse with a large sea-view pool where you can relax and enjoy the sunset sensation on the Gulf of Thailand.
The villa's interior design is modern and spacious. The living room comes with direct pool access, black leather sofa, a 40-inch flat-screen TV with international channels, a DVD player, and a surround sound music system which provide the ultimate combination of comfort and functionality everyone can appreciate.
All bedrooms have easy pool access, air-conditioning, double beds, flat-screen TVs, and wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and there is a communal bathroom located in the main living room. All bathrooms have showers, toilets and wash basins, while the master bathroom is more spa-like with a Jacuzzi bath.
The white European kitchen has a sleek design and is fully equipped without compromising on functionality. It comes with a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a toaster, a water heater, double sink, 4-ring gas hob with extractor fan, a large fridge and all kitchen appliances you need to prepare your fantastic meals. The neighborhood
This villa is close to a peaceful beach with only 2-minute walk. You can find some excellent seafood restaurants and shops nearby. Driving into Central Pattaya will take approximately 10 minutes. It is a perfect location for those who enjoy golf since both Pattaya Country Club and Laem Chabang GC are only under 15 minutes away.
