House in nicely located in a residential area and very close to the Prainha Beach ( 100 meters from the beach) Prainha is probably the best beach in the Parana seaside, almost exclusive use of the residents and with a beautiful view of the Guaratuba Bay and in the front of the house a marvelous view ot Park St Hilaire and the Virgin Mata Atlantica all preserved. It is also very close to the Caioba beaches of Praia Mansa and Praia Manse, minutes from our house . Ferryboat do Guaratuba is also very close to the house as well as Cabaraquara with its rustic restaurants and oyster farms.
