The apartment consists of a large living area with a matrimonial sofa
bed, TV and wifi, a kitchenette with an induction hob, a dishwasher and
an espresso coffee machine. The main bedroom has a matrimonial bed and
a single bed. The single room has a single bed, the bathroom has a
shower, sink, bidet, wc and washing machine. Each room has a small
terrace.

The unit is located 150 meters from the beach, included in the price
our guests have a beach place with 2 reserved beach chairs and an
umbrella.
There are sheets and bath towels. No beach towels.

Check-in takes place at our office, Piazza Marconi area, from 3 pm to 7
pm, by appointment. Upon arrival we need all guest documents, including
children (ID card and social security number), to be able to make all
the registrations, tourist tax and the police.
Your documents can be sent one day in advance via WA, sms, email
indicating the booking number, your name and the ad title. The city tax
is euro 1 per night per person over the age of 10.
It will be paid in cash (exact amount) upon check-in.
Receipts will be sent via email or (Hidden by Airbnb).
