The land is hilly and this holiday home is situated in a holiday home area with many other neighbouring houses. All these houses are located near the Little Belt. This is a family- friendly area with child-friendly beaches with calm water. The charming Haderslev is an ancient town, dominated by an ancient cathedral. Enjoy a leisurely stroll in the Haderslev Dampark and the centre of town. The city is also home to the largest skate park in Scandinavia. It also has covered slopes. There are good shops and restaurants in the city. Aabenraa (20 km) is an interesting city with uphill and downhill pedestrian zones. Also explore the interesting doors on this wonderful street. Further south is the Gråsten Palace (60 km), the royal family's summer residence, and Sønderborg, which is nicely located on the south-western corner of Denmark. Do visit the Flensburg Fjord and the Als island. The lovely Sønderborg has a wonderful castle and the Dybbøl Historical Centre, located just on the outskirts of the city. It is not far from the Universe Amusement Park on Als. Ribe, Denmark's ancient town is 60 km away. Do visit the cathedral and enjoy the Ribe Viking. Billund is 80 km away. Explore the Legoland and Lalandia in Billund.
