Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.

I chose Nan to go as I did not want to stay in typical holiday towns in Thailand and by accident, I came across this holiday rental. It is as beautiful as the pictures show. Sunset is very spectacular and the hosts were very willing to share their knowledge of the area with me. If you are interested in visiting temples or exploring the nature around Nan and not want to be with a lot of "farangs" then this is the place to go. In the week that I was there, I enjoyed the thai food in a lot very good restaurants within walking distance ( with prices ranging from dirt cheap to cheap by western standards ) Some have English menu's some don't. As an avid cyclist I explored the nature around Nan on a bicyle and I really appreciated the interest of the local people. For me it was a wonderful stay and I will be back. Arno, Eindhoven
