The apartment is charmingly designed with a traditional cottage-style exterior and private entrance, and a clean, modern, bright open plan space inside. It is ideal for a couple or a family or group of up to four guests and it offers 2 separate private terraces, one furnished for dining alfresco and the other larger terrace can be used for sun bathing and general relaxation, giving you your own private outdoor living space. Both overlook gardens to panoramic sea views. The property further consists of a double bedroom, a comfortable open plan living area (with 2 x sofa beds, tv, coffee table Etc), with an indoor dining area and a small but well-equipped kitchen for self-catering to one end. The bathroom includes a hand basin, shower cubicle, bidet and toilet. Directly from the lounge windows and the terraces you can enjoy panoramic sea views and stunning sunsets.
Tennis courts, situated at the entrance to the apartment grounds, are available for hire, and close by is an aqua park for a day of family fun. A variety of beaches, restaurants, historical monuments, boat excursions, diving schools and other activities and sightseeing opportunities are all located nearby (walk or 5 minute drive), and a natural hot spring spa treatment centre (next to a free-entry warm river with flowing hot geysers and riverbank on which to relax) is also nearby.

Our apartment is located on the northwest Costa Rossa coastline, positioned between Castelsardo and Santa Teresa di Gallura in the Gulf of Asinara, and is situated in a rural, well spaced vacation area covering 100 hectares designed to provide privacy from neighbouring holiday homes which attach to your apartment, and not overlooked.
Costa Rossa is known for its crystal clear waters and superb unspoiled natural beauty with shady pine forests and fantastic red rocks. The property lies where lush Mediterranean countryside meets the blue sea with a mix of sandy beaches and craggy rocks. This destination is perfect for those seeking a tranquil vacation where walking, biking and being out in the fresh air exploring the wild landscape are your ideal pastimes. Nature-lovers will enjoy discovering fantastic sights over the coast from footpaths crisscrossing the surrounding scrubland, where an easy walk south over the headland will bring you to the popular La Marinedda beach where you can stop for an ice cream, or an adventurous hike over the adjacent mountain to the north will bring you to the footpath above hidden Tinnari Beach with its steep descent and quiet environment.
Getting There
Most airlines offer numerous routes to Sardinia, especially into Olbia and Alghero airports, both of which are within easy reach of our property at approx 85 km away (50 miles). Cagliari Airport is 254 km away (150 miles), should that be more convenient for your point of departure.
Getting Around
We consider a car is essential to access local amenities and fully explore all that this beautiful part of Sardinia has to offer.
I've kept a blog since 2006, with pictures and things that I have done in Sardinia with my family. This includes trips to hidden beaches and interesting places - we like to live like the locals when we're out there. I will gladly share this with you.
