The apartment is equipped with sheets and bath towels on request, the separate kitchen has a gas stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, pots and pans. The comfortable living room has satellite television in nine languages, as well as Italian digital terrestrial. Wi-fi internet connection is available but not for large downloads. The washing machine and the brick barbecue are in the rear courtyard. Free parking, bills included.

A security deposit of 100 € is required upon check-in.
Check-in is subject to a prior agreement between the parties. I accept arrivals at any time.
Check-out is by 10:00 on the day of departure.
The owner reserves the right to extend the check-in time until 18:00. if necessary to allow additional time for cleaning and / or maintenance.
The water flows gently from the shore and is therefore suitable for small children, there are stones immediately behind the shore.
