Our building a Residence where you can find 52 rooms, spaces to enjoy such as a living room and dining room. It has 4 kitchens that can be used as long as the break times are respected.
You can enjoy 4 dining rooms and a 50-meter living room with a sofa. You will also have 4 kitchens that are located on each floor. We have a Wifi that works in all areas of the residence, Perfect for students, workers and tourists.
There is a person on the farm to solve any problem that may arise, although we are convinced that the stay will be very pleasant since we like that our guests enjoy the tranquility of the site and the possibility of meeting other residents,
The area is residential and quiet, in front of a park, in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Madrid and close to Madrid Río to practice your favorite sports.
In a radius 5-15 minutes you have access to all means of transport, both the suburban train, the subway and several bus lines.
