The house is located in Nguyen Van Thoai street, which is one of the big streets along My Khe Beach, with many restaurants, coffeeshops, spas, beach activities around. It takes around 7mins walk to My Khe Beach.
It is a 3-story house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in a very quiet and safe area. There is a BBQ Stove that allow you and your loved ones to hold a small BBQ meal.
The Space:
The house has a warm, spacious, and modern design that will give you a feel like home. Also, we have fish ponds with many koi fish inside and outside the house. You are welcome to feed the fish and enjoy your time with them. For nature lover, this is the house for you.

The Neighborhood:
For your information, some of main, big streets along My Khe Beach are Vo Van Kiet, Nguyen Van Thoai, Vo Nguyen Giap, Pham Van Dong. We are located right down an alley in Nguyen Van Thoai street. From here, you can find plenty of good restaurants of any cuisines. Some suggestion for good local restaurants are Trinh Sai Gon Broken Rice, Ba Mua Noodle (this is the signature noodle of Da Nang), Madame Lan Restaurant, etc.
Getting Around:
From the house, you can easily walk to everywhere. Other transportation options are taxis or Grab. If you need help to book one, do not hesitate to ask help from us.
Other Things to Note:
Camera surveillance on property. Only 1 located at the front yard for security.
