Beautiful stone house by the sea in the region of Stara Mokošica, only few minutes by car to Dubrovnik, is an ideal place for stay of two or three families. The house has a beautiful garden full of flowers and small gardens that lead to the terrace with swimming pool. By the pool is a summer kitchen with a covered terrace with garden furniture and grill, where you can spend afternoons and evenings while your children swim in the pool. The house has a large living room on the ground floor with a kitchen and bedrooms located on the first and second floor. Each floor has balconies with beautiful views of the sea and the channel in which flows the river Ombla. The promanade by the river is ideal for morning or evening jogging or cycling, while nearby house there are marked hiking trails. The house owner is available to guests and is willing to arrange for you a dinner with local specialties as well as provide you with information about the destination. Dubrovnik that offers a variety of cultural and entertainment facilities is located a few minutes away by car, while from the nearby bus stop every 10-15 minutes buses leave for the old town of Dubrovnik.
