Taxes of Local tax 1 EUR Per person / day may be collected during the booking process. If this is not supported, they must be paid to the host upon arrival.
You can prepare delicious recipes in the fully equipped kitchen, and then enjoy them around the dining table that seats 8 people or outside, on the terrace or on the balcony taking advantage of the views of the mountains and the sea.
The apartment has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 with a single bed and a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Individual toilets are at your disposal
The apartment has a desk, a fan, an iron and ironing board and a washing machine.
Final cleaning has to be done by the guests or there will be an additional charge of 60 euros to be paid at the property. Towels have to be brought by the guests or can be available with an additional price of 3 euros per person to be paid on the property. Bed linen has to be carried by the guests or may be available with an additional price of 10 euros per person to be paid on the property. The tourist tax of 1 euros will be applied per person and per night, on the day of your arrival.
Parking is available on the property (included in the rental price). Smoking is allowed inside the house. Pets are allowed on request. Parties are not allowed.
Pets are available upon request and for an additional fee.
