The beautiful Casa of Silda and Alberto would like to welcome travelers from all over the world. We offer two comfortable bedrooms with capacity for 6 -7 people. The location is the vibrant Havana Center, at the doors of touristic Old Havana and very close to the Havana Malecon. Silda and Alberto, a retired sailor and telecom operator, will be your hosts. From our house and our neighborhood, you can enjoy the pure essence of Cuba.
The Space:
In a typical colonial house on the second floor, with a wide hall and terrace where guests can drink fresh fruit juice, or enjoy of breakfast or dinner (if required). The rooms are in perfect condition and very well equipped. Each room has a private bathroom. This room has two queen beds and a balcony overlooking the street. The other has a queen and single beds. Ideal for families, couples and groups of friends.
Guest Access:
We guarantee fresh bed linen, towels, toilet paper and soap. We also offer other additional services, such as breakfast, airport pickups and drop offs, dinner, city tours with expert guides and salsa classes. Our guests can access all common areas such as the living room, the terrace and the kitchen-living room.
Interaction with Guests:
Our guests will be welcomed with fresh fruit juice. Silda and Alberto, who live in the same house, but are always keen to give our guests privacy, we will host you.
We speak Spanish and Basic English.
The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood displaces the pure essence of Cuba. We are at the gates of Old Havana, just a 5-minute walk to the Paseo del Prado, 6 minutes away from the Central Park and the Malecon. The neighborhood is quiet yet bustling, a good place to meet locals!
Getting Around:
To get to the house from the airport you can take a taxi or request a pickup service. From our house, there will be little need to take taxis, as most sights are well within walking distance.
Other Things to Note:
With more than 10 years of experience, we help Cuban families host all over Cuba, thus if you wish to travel across the island we can help you organize it. We can advise you with your travel plan and help you find places all over the country.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
