It is an apartment with three bedrooms, two of the rooms have a double bed and the third room has a sofa bed. The living room has a large dining table, 6 chairs, 32 "plasma Tv and a leather sofa. Fully equipped kitchen with utensils for 6 people, toaster, mixer, coffee maker, juicer, oven, microwave, washing machine. a large bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. The building does not have a communal pool, but it does have a private communal parking area where one vehicle per apartment has access.
The tenant can contact us whenever he wishes on our emergency telephone number. We will be happy to inform him of the places of interest in Calpe, which parties or activities are going to take place during his stay and answer all the doubts he may have.
The apartment is on the promenade of the playa de la fossa in Calpe. In which you can find very good restaurants with traditional local food, fashion stores, beach item stores, newspapers, cafes, ice cream parlors. It also has the Mercadona supermarket and consumption shops at 500 meters.
The bus stop is located 100 meters from the building from where you can visit all of Calpe, you also have the possibility of using your car, but in summer it is crazy with so many cars, and you can reach all the sites on foot.
