Protaras Holiday Villa Maria is located in the heart of Central
Protaras and yet in a relatively quiet area. The location of the villa
is ideal for a family vacation as within walking distance you will find
everything, bars, restaurants, children playgrounds, pharmacies, clinic
and of course the best beaches in Cyprus.
Villa Maria is a spacious fully renovated house that features all
modern facilities and equipment. The ground floor features an open plan
fully equipped kitchen / living room area with a large breakfast bar
modern furniture and large screen TV. On the ground floor there is also
a bedroom with a large single bed that can also accommodate an extra
bed and a guest toilet.
The second floor has two bedrooms and a family bathroom. The first
bedroom has a double bed while the other which is an large s-shaped
room has two single beds and a bank bed. So in total the villa
comfortably sleep 7 persons in beds and has the option of an additional
person on an extra bed.
The summer time in Cyprus is meant to be spent by the pool and Villa
Maria has the best to offer. The large 5x10 meter swimming pool is
surrounded by mature trees that provide privacy. There are plenty sun
loungers, tables and chairs, a modern gas BBQ and a tent that can
provide a good shade from the hot summer sun.

Protaras Holiday Villa Maria is walking distance to the Central
Protaras Strip where you will find all the main bars, shops,
supermarkets, pharmacies, clinic, general amenities and the best
beaches of Cyprus all with white sand and crystal clear blue water.
Within 10-minute walk there can be found many beautiful beaches
including Sunrise Beach and a bit further down the famous Fig Tree Bay
with lots of water-sports on offer like water-skiing, windsurfing,
pedalos, diving, canoeing, para-sailing, fly fish and just about any
water-sports you may want. Protaras also offers a plethora of good
local and international restaurants, pubs, cafes and a thriving
night-life in the summer months.
There is also a water park and aquarium that are worth a visit. The
biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia
Napa which is only 10km away.
