Several banks around are ideal for cyclists; a bicycle rental is available right in the cottage village. The centre of Dagebüll is directly adjoining the cottages and has small shops, restaurants and a merchandiser. How about day trips by the ferries that take off (just right opposite) on the North Sea islands Amrum and Foehr! You can also quickly and comfortably reach the small Halligen Hooge and Langeneß by ship from the nearby harbour in Schlüttsiel (around 8 km). Dagebüll is also ideal for a day trip to Sylt, because you can conveniently travel up to Westerland from the neighbouring Niebüll (about 12 km) in just half an hour by train.
