There are 4 rooms: 2 with double bed, one with 2 single beds and one with a single bed. All rooms have space to put a cot if you need it. There are 2 bathrooms with bathtub (one on the first floor and one on the ground floor).The living room with AC has a comfortable sofa where you can relax reading a book, watching TV or having a nap. There is a furnished front terrace of 50 m2. The garden, combined with the outdoor furniture and the house, create a friendly and colourful environment. You can sunbathe in one of the hammocks; have a coffee in the terrace or a barbeque with your friends. The kitchen is practical and equipped with a toaster, coffee machine, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob, fridge, etc. There is washing machine, iron and ironing board.The chalet is located in a urbanization at the east of the island. Its a place with sand beaches, some shops, bars and restaurants.This house will make you feel at home in one of the best areas of Mallorca. This is the perfect choice to make your holiday an unforgettable experience. NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
