The B&B is part of our 200 year old ancestral home, which has been renovated to modern standards. While the listing here talks in terms of rooms, our rentals are in fact fully furnished Suites, each with 2 rooms, full bathroom and balcony. We are rated #1 in Trip Adviser and the reasons are spelled out in the Reviews.
Our Ancestral Home/B&B is located in the middle of a 5000sqm Ayurvedic Botanical Garden. The Garden is edged at its far end by a shack and a dance floor on a Pier, with river, rice fields, marsh land, scenery and the Konkan mountain range.
The combination of B&B and Gardens makes our private environment a place of serenity, peace, romance, education and plain rest and relaxation.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
Pets not allowed. Smoking may be outdoors; no drugs; kids under 12 MUST be in your full control and supervision; loud music between 10pm and 8am not allowed.
