The Space
This Villa is a Parsi owned property whose operations are overlooked by the owners directly. The villa has been developed over the past 3 years and we have only recently begun to rent out our villa to allow others to enjoy the serenity and tranquility of the surroundings.
This Villa is a spacious 3 bedroom independent villa nestled in the laps of Sahyadri, offering a five star treat to your body and soul! Fresh air, lush greenery, open space, whispering river…. all under the star and moon studded canopy of the blue sky! It is easily accessible from Malavli railway station, located just 3 km away from the market, yet away from the hustle bustle and chaos of town centre.
Everything from the furniture, upholstery, lights, etc. is handpicked to create not just one but several moods. Large spacious bedrooms, huge French windows, the quiet serene atmosphere can sway one away.
Guest Access
On the ground floor: We have 1 bedroom, 1 large living room, bathroom and a big veranda with garden seating, perfect for those who want to enjoy the fresh air in their face, sipping on a cup of hot tea or coffee.
On the first floor: We have 2 bedrooms with attached bath (one with a bath tub) and a terrace deck overlooking the Sahyadri ranges, the Indrayani river and the famous Ganesh temple.
We have a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with all utilities, cutlery etc.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
Pets not allowed. Stags / All Male Groups not allowed. Smoking inside Property not allowed.
